We're looking for a Digital Advertising Services Manager with at least 4 years of experience managing medium to large, online campaigns. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys developing multiple campaigns, leveraging their expertise around multiple advertising networks and paid media channels.
Extract client goals and develop an advertising roadmap to meet these
Confidently and competently manage and optimize campaigns across a diverse client base
Ability to work with a team, as necessary, to delegate execution of client roadmap
Analyze campaign data and provide meaningful insights
Effectively communicate strategy and results to clients and internal management
Continually and thoughtfully educate yourself on strategies and best practices
At least 4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
Experience with several of these networks, and in-depth knowledge in at least one: SEM, social media advertising, display advertising (media buying), mobile advertising
You should be good at identifying target audiences, be they keywords, publishers, or audience interests
Ability to delivering creative guidelines or writing ad copy which effectively communicate the client business to the target audience
Ability to identify landing page or lower-funnel optimization opportunities and develop recommendations
Excellent Excel skills
Solid testing methodology and measurement skills
Experience with Google Analytics or other website analytics tools
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
